Can I change my username?
No. Please choose your username carefully as it cannot be changed.

Managing your account

How to reset your password
  1. Simply visit CHOICES.PINK and select LOG IN.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your username or email address, then click Request Password Reset.
    An email will be sent to your Primary Email address that includes a password reset link.
  4. Click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to enter a new password.
  5. Enter your new password, and you’ll be ready to go!

How to view your account information

    1. To view your subscription, select “Subscriptions“.
    2. To view your payment information, select “Payments“.

How to update your credit card information

To update your credit card information:

  1. Simply log in to CHOICES.PINK and select “MY ACCOUNT” from the navigation.
  2. Select “Subscriptions“.
  3. Update your payment information; Card number, expiration month/year, and CVC code and select “Submit”.

How to pause your membership

When you request to pause your subscription, the subscription remains active until you reach the end of your current billing period, at which point the subscription will move into a paused state.

To pause your subscription:

  1. Simply log in to CHOICES.PINK and select “MY ACCOUNT” from the navigation.
  2. Select “Subscriptions“.
  3. From here, select “Pause” to pause your subscription.
  4. Select “OK” to verify your request to pause your subscription.

When you pause, you’ll still have access to your paid membership benefits until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

How to resume your membership

When you request to resume your subscription, the subscription will move into a resumed state.

To resume your subscription:

  1. Simply log in to CHOICES.PINK and select “MY ACCOUNT” from the navigation.
  2. Select “Subscriptions“.
  3. From here, select “Resume” to resume your subscription.
  4. Select “OK” to verify your request to pause your subscription.

How to cancel your membership

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription and end your membership.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Simply log in to CHOICES.PINK and select “MY ACCOUNT” from the navigation.
  2. Select “Subscriptions“.
  3. From here, select “Cancel” to cancel your subscription.
  4. Select “Yes” to verify your subscription cancellation.

When you cancel, you’ll still have access to your paid membership benefits until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Can I rejoin if I cancel?

Definitely! We’d love to have you back, so whenever you’re ready, just re-subscribe from your Account page.

To re-join your subscription:

  1. Simply log in to CHOICES.PINK and select “MY ACCOUNT” from the navigation.
  2. Select “Subscriptions“.
  3. From here, select “Subscribe” to re-join CHOICES.PINK and follow the procedures there.

Remember, if you just canceled your subscription, it may still be active for the remainder of the last billing period, and you must wait for that to expire before re-purchasing.

Audio
Issues

No audio using Bluetooth in car

Have you experienced an issue when connecting to your car audio via Bluetooth and the CHOICES audio goes silent or the stops playing? If so, then more than likely you have an issue with a setting on your phone, car or Bluetooth device.

There is also the “handoff” process when your phone connects to your car that can cause the audio to stop playing. In this case you should be able to re-start the audio by pressing the play button.

Didn’t work? Try the following and see if it works after each step.
Check that the software for both devices are up-to-date. If you don’t know, check with your devices’ manufacturer for how to check and update the software version.

Make sure your phone is connected to an internet connection, whether it be WiFi or your cell service. What can also happen is that your WiFi connection is lost while connecting to your cell phone’s internet connection, which will cause the audio to stop.

You may need to set your car as a default device or allow media sharing. Try looking for those options in the Bluetooth settings of the device you’re playing from.

Once you’ve checked the above, try restarting the connection and playing the audio once the devices are connected.

Subscription Refund Request

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please send an email to [email protected] and request a refund of your current month’s subscription. If possible, please provide your username and a reason for the refund.
